Fetan Gift Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Fetan Gift (“Platform”), a digital marketplace operated by Fetan Technology LLC. By accessing or using the Fetan Gift website or mobile application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Fetan Gift

Fetan Gift is a cross-border digital gift marketplace that enables customers outside Ethiopia to purchase products and services from verified merchants located in Ethiopia for delivery to recipients in Ethiopia.

Fetan Gift is not a person-to-person money transfer or remittance service. Customers purchase specific products or services offered through the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Platform.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient information, including name, phone number, and delivery address.

Incorrect information may delay or prevent delivery.

4. Pricing

Prices displayed on the Platform include the product price.

Applicable payment processing fees, taxes, or service fees may be disclosed before checkout.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through authorized payment providers.

Fetan Gift does not store customers’ payment card information.

6. Merchant Fulfillment

Products and services are fulfilled by verified Ethiopian merchants or by Fetan Gift where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, traffic, or other circumstances.

7. Refunds

Refunds may be approved when:

• An order cannot be fulfilled.
• A merchant cannot deliver the purchased product.
• A duplicate payment occurred.
• Delivery fails due to reasons not caused by the customer.

Refunds are generally not available after successful delivery.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before merchant processing begins.

Orders already being prepared or delivered may not be canceled.

9. Merchant Verification

Fetan Gift verifies merchants before listing them on the Platform.

However, Fetan Gift cannot guarantee the performance of every merchant and reserves the right to suspend or remove merchants at any time.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Commit fraud.
• Use stolen payment methods.
• Abuse promotions.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Violate applicable laws.

Accounts engaging in prohibited activities may be suspended or terminated.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, graphics, and content on the Platform are owned by Fetan Technology LLC or used with permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fetan Technology LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

13. Changes

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
